# Agent Intelligence

Agent Intelligence is a Mosaic capability for understanding how AI agents operate inside your application. It helps you see where agentic traffic appears, which pages and flows it touches, what platforms or automation patterns are involved, and how that activity maps to broader trust and risk signals.

For example, in a banking application, a customer might use a third-party assistant such as Claude Chrome Extension to explore mortgage pages, compare rates, or navigate account-related flows, or the bank might also offer its own in-app assistant to help users move through support or self-service journeys.

Agent Intelligence helps you understand the activity that happens inside the application experience itself: which pages those agents touch, what flows they participate in, and whether the observed behavior looks expected or risky.

## Why teams use it

Agent Intelligence helps teams answer practical questions about agentic activity in the application experience:

- Which agents are active across my pages and flows?
- Which routes or sensitive product areas are they touching?
- Which users are associated with that activity, when user context is available?
- Does the observed behavior look expected or potentially risky?


This gives security, fraud, product, and operations teams a shared view of agentic behavior so they can prioritize investigations, monitor sensitive routes, and understand how both third-party assistants and first-party copilots interact with the application.
