Troubleshooting

Having issues running your client? Here are some possible reasons and solutions.

Check the following:

  • Ticket is valid - i.e., not expired nor deactivated
  • Client's effective IP address belongs to one of the IP ranges determined by the ticket
  • Ticket hasn't surpassed the maximum number of usages (defined in the ticket, can be updated later)

For verbose logging, run the Client with the flag --level debug
