Monica CRM credentials

You can use these credentials to authenticate the following nodes:

Prerequisites

Sign up for a Monica CRM account or self-host an instance.

Using Access Token

From Monica CRM:

  1. Access your dashboard and navigate to the *Settings menu.
  2. From the API tab select Create New Token .
  3. Enter a name for your new token and click Create .
  4. Copy the access token that's displayed in the popup window.

From Mosaic Workflows:

  1. Enter a descriptive Credentials Name .
  2. From the Credential Data section, select your environment type: Cloud-hosted or Self-hosted .
  3. (Self-hosted Only) Enter the domain of your Monica CRM instance.
  4. In the *API Token field enter the token created above.
  5. Click Create to save your new credentials.
